Thanksgiving {Part uno}

Currently, I am sitting here on the floor in front of our one heat source in this lovely old house eating almond windmill cookies. I think I have eaten 4 or 5 already. Considering this is my first testing of these Trader Joe's delicacies, I think I deserve to break myself in with a healthy dose.

I also think I should be doing homework. Finals are this coming Tuesday, which means, "why, yes, Miriam...you should be studying". I'm more of a last minute crammer. It's most likely taking years off of my life...but God knows my time.

Chris and I went down to my parents house in Sonoma County for the Thanksgiving feast. It was his first time with my family for the big day. He still loves me and my family after it all. So that's a plus. We all had a great time together. My cousin's kids looked huge. I hadn't seen them since our wedding four years ago, and my ten year old cuz is taller than me. What are they feeding kids these days? Actually, I'm just kind of a shrimp.

We all watched Kittens inspired by Kittens on YouTube many times over and maybe kind of made our own version with a kitty book my aunt had. Also we had many important and meaningful conversations with other adults.

1. A table set for 16 at auntie and uncle's house.
2. Picking from the tea box for the perfect tea bag.
3. Sister and cousins. Sis suggested kissy face. Now i can see why...she's the only one who's good at it :) I look like I'm ready to kiss a frog.
4. Barbecued turkey. Only way to go folks.
